1. Design: Based on product requirements, design hardware drawings to determine the shape, size, accuracy, etc. of the hardware.

2. Mold manufacturing: Design and manufacture corresponding stamping molds based on hardware drawings, including upper molds, lower molds, guiding devices, etc.

3. Material preparation: Select suitable metal materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, etc., and process them into plates, strips, pipes, etc. of the required size.

4. Stamping: Place the metal material on the stamping machine, apply pressure to the metal material through the coordination of the upper and lower molds, causing it to undergo plastic deformation and form hardware

5. Post processing: Remove burrs, shape, clean, and perform other post-processing on stamped hardware to meet the precision and surface quality requirements of the product.

6. Quality inspection: Conduct quality inspections on the size, shape, mechanical properties, and other aspects of the stamped hardware to ensure that the product meets the requirements.

The prototype can usually be completed within 24-48 hours.
